What is PSCA E Challan?
PSCA e challan is an electronic traffic ticket generated by Punjab Safe Cities Authority when Safe City cameras record violations like overspeeding, signal jumping, no helmet, lane violation or wrong parking. Each violation is stored in a central database with time, location and photo evidence.
The system sends SMS alerts to the registered mobile number of the vehicle owner and allows e challan check online through the official portal echallan.psca.gop.pk.
Safe City Cameras

PPIC3 Control Center
All footage is processed at the PPIC3 center in Lahore, where plates are read, challans generated and messages triggered to owners.
Online Database
All challans from Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur and other cities are stored in one PSCA system accessible online.
How to Check PSCA E Challan Online (Step by Step)
Follow this official method to check your Punjab Safe City e‑challan using vehicle number and CNIC in less than two minutes.
Open your browser and go to https://echallan.psca.gop.pk. This is the only official PSCA e‑challan verification site; avoid look‑alike domains.
Type your plate exactly as issued by Excise, for example LEB‑1234 or RIM‑5678. Use the same series (e.g. LEB, LED, LEA) printed on your number plate.
Enter the owner's CNIC (13 digits without dashes) or full chassis number. PSCA uses these fields to match the correct ownership record and prevent misuse.
Tick the "I am not a robot" reCAPTCHA box and, if asked, solve the image puzzle. This protects the portal from bots and bulk scraping.
Press the green search button. The PSCA system queries its database and returns results usually within a few seconds, even during peak hours.
You will see a list of pending and paid challans with violation type, date, time, road name, fine amount, status and camera photo where available. You can print or download a PDF copy for your records or for bank payment.
