What is E Challan in Pakistan?
E Challan is an electronic traffic ticket generated by Safe City cameras and traffic police when a vehicle violates rules like speeding, signal jumping, mobile phone use or no helmet.
Instead of manual slips, all violations are stored online and linked with the vehicle’s registration number so that drivers can do e challan online check and pay from home.
